Ross Recreation offers adult sports and enrichment programs.
Beginner Pickleball 101: Learn how to play the game everyone is talking about and meet others just like you in the community! You will learn: Game Overview, Introduction to Dinking, Basic Court Skills, Basic Shot Techniques, Serving & Returning The Ball, How To Play Full Games and Keep Score!
101 is part of a series of Clinics. We will soon offer Clinic 102 so you can progress in your game!
Intermediate Pickleball 201: This is for players who have been playing for a minimum of 4 months, can keep a consistent rally and see themselves as a 2.0/2.5 level player. You will learn: Better Dinking Techniques, Transitioning with a Purpose, Concept of Slowing Down the Ball, Serve and Return and more!
201 is part of a series of Clinics. We will soon offer Clinic 202, 203 and so on so you can progress in your game!
Offered on a weekly drop in basis.
An inclusive class for all levels of fitness and abilities!
In this class you will learn key components of postural integration, alignment, strengthening, conditioning, and flexibility with the support of props and tools as needed. Fitness is fun and this is a time for you to enjoy your body.
Adult Hoops Fall Session
Join Sandrick Jackson for Monday night adult basketball!
Open gym, all levels welcome.
Students will be taught stroke production, practice skills and tennis related games. Focus is on additional stroke development, and introduction to strategy and rules.
Ages 18 and up.
Our registration database is tracking all unpaid sign ups. You have 48 hours to pay for any pending registrations or they will be AUTOMATICALLY DELETED by our system. We cannot hold a spot for you in a program if the registration deletes.
Please be sure to pay upon registration to secure your spot in the programs you have selected.
About Ross Rec
Ross Recreation is a Department of the Town of Ross. It was formed in 1972 to provide recreational enrichment and community service for the residents of Ross and their neighbors. The department has grown from just a handful of classes to more than 100 classes per year for infants to Seniors.
